Manager, Software Engineering (SAP BTP Integration) - Remote

Overview

This Manager, Software Engineering role will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of SAP BTP solutions within the organization, leading the RTR team and S2P team of developers and architects to design, build, and deploy cloud-based applications utilizing BTP tools ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices across the platform.

Requirements

• Education degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years SAP integration experience, including 4+ years as a Team Lead.
• Experience managing a large development team engaged in SAP BTP.
• Deep knowledge of software development life cycle and release management.
• Experience in overseeing Cloud Connector configuration activities.
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
• Experience in transformation projects from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.
• SAP BTP Development experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Relevant SAP technical certification is desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
