Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in a senior analyst or lead role with team coaching.
• Hands-on experience with CRM migration.
• HubSpot and/or Clay experience is a plus.
• Expert-level Excel skills and knowledge of BI tools.
• Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
• Passionate about automation and process improvement.
• Proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator and collaborator with a scale-up mindset.
