Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist at Bluesight plays a crucial role in ensuring clients have the best possible implementation experience, acting as the public face of the company and forming relationships with clinicians and end users.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of implementation projects including kick-off, software configuration, and training.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers before they go live.
• Manage multiple implementation projects with varying priorities.
• Consult with customers to ensure engagement and provide best practices.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams for software configuration.
• Maintain project plans and documentation to ensure timelines are met.
• Travel to customer sites to assist with hardware and software rollouts.
• Foster trusting relationships with customers.
• Adapt to changes and resolve issues creatively.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of professional work experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of project management or client-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to change and work independently.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excel and SQL skills are a plus.
• Experience with EMRs/ADCs like EPIC and Cerner is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the US for up to 75% of the time.
