Overview

As an Implementation Specialist at Everbridge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that new clients have a smooth onboarding experience and successfully adopt our SaaS solutions.

In Short

• Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new clients.
• Configure and set up Everbridge’s SaaS solutions tailored to client needs.
• Deliver live product training and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance implementation processes.
• Document all communication and progress in Salesforce.
• Share best practices with clients and optimize product usage.
• Translate client business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure a smooth handover to Customer Support post-implementation.
• Provide after-hours support during critical events.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with web-based application configuration.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Passion for client success.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
