Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Specialist at Karbon, you will provide support to customers by way of onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training on the Karbon platform, driving client satisfaction and ensuring that considerable value is realized by clients on our platform in their first 90 days.

In Short

• Serve as the project manager for clients to guide them through the onboarding process.
• Lead meetings regularly with clients; including kick-off meetings and training sessions.
• Work with clients to import their data into Karbon using Excel.
• Facilitate overview sessions of customer setups and revise settings as needed.
• Manage multiple projects and client relationships.
• Meet with clients through Zoom.
• Communicate effectively and explain material clearly.
• Possess a consultative nature to challenge firms on their processes.
• Enjoy detailed work and maintain data integrity.
• Thrive working from home.

Requirements

• Comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Excel data manipulation.
• Consultative nature with a humble confidence.
• Ability to work from home effectively.
• Bonus points for accounting or tax industry experience.
• Experience in onboarding software.
• Knowledge of Karbon is a plus.
• Experience in a startup environment.
