Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist at KIND is responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing management of a Talent Management System (TMS), along with overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures smooth system functionality, user engagement, and alignment with organizational talent management goals.

• Implement and manage Talent Management System (TMS).

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of related experience or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in Talent Management system administration.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
