Overview

The Managing Attorney, Legal Training and Technical Assistance will lead the training and technical assistance team at KIND, providing support and training to professionals assisting unaccompanied children in immigration proceedings.

Requirements

• J.D. and admission to a local state bar.
• 7 years of experience in immigration law.
• 3 years working with children, preferably immigrant children.
• 2 years supervising attorneys and staff.
• Experience in program management and training.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to work-life balance.
• Experience in a remote environment preferred.
