Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Fluency in GTM metrics relevant to Customer and Sales.
• Proactive partnering instinct.
• Ability to build credibility at a senior level.
• Data fluency and narrative building from people data.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance.
• Strong project management skills.
• Integrity and high emotional intelligence.
