Overview

TrueML is seeking a tech-savvy and organized Legal, Audit, and Compliance (LAC) Operations Coordinator for a remote role to support our department's operational backbone. This is a growth-oriented role, not a traditional legal assistant position.

In Short

• Support Legal Operations, Compliance, and Audit functions.
• Manage contract data and triage legal requests.
• Become proficient in systems like Ironclad and Jira.
• Assist with metrics reporting and budget tracking.
• Document workflows and suggest process improvements.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain the contract repository and clean up metadata.
• Help with knowledge management and training collateral.
• Experience in a tech-focused legal role is required.
• Must be a resident of Mexico or Costa Rica.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in legal operations or a related field.
• Professional-level fluency in English.
• High proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in a remote-first or high-growth tech company.
