Overview

Keeper is hiring a driven Implementation Specialist to join our B2B Support team. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our Chicago, IL office.

In Short

• Oversee the delivery of Keeper’s software for all clients.
• Tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.
• Provide continuous technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate records of client configurations.
• Gather client feedback to improve product functionality.
• Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with Implementation Manager on client requirements.
• Recognize and escalate project-related risks as needed.
• Ensure seamless onboarding experience for customers.

Requirements

• Mastery level understanding of complex technical SaaS products.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions is a plus.
