Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for configuring, implementing, and demonstrating Relief Compass software product offerings for new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to go-live.

• Serve as main points of contact during the internal testing phase.
• Provide suggestions for improvements during testing.
• Contribute to training material development.
• Meet with clients to ensure satisfaction with system deployment.
• Conduct final QA/QC before clients go live.
• Provide in-depth training for clients on system usage.
• Offer client support and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
• Assist during emergencies as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Understanding of emergency response components and systems.
• 1 or more years of experience in implementation or software testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams.
