Overview

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for independently planning and executing customer projects within the Project Implementation Team, focusing on resource planning, configuration, and training.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Customer Success, consulting, or project management, ideally in SaaS or healthcare.
• Strong understanding of project workflows in software implementation.

• High quality standards and willingness to shape.
• Economic thinking and a clear understanding of the value of our solutions.
• Very good German and good English skills.
