Junior Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Junior Finance Manager will be part of the finance team, responsible for numbers, processes, and analysis, ensuring transparency and smooth financial flow through collaboration and precise data preparation.

In Short

• Manage customer order billing and outgoing invoices
• Handle contract management and documentation in ERP/CRM systems
• Act as an internal and external contact for billing topics
• Organize and process the accounts receivable and dunning list
• Financial supervision of subsidiaries
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable bookkeeping
• Create payroll evaluations (commission calculations and flat-rate taxation)
• Participate in cost planning, revenue evaluation, budgeting, and internal reporting

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on finance or controlling
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong numerical understanding
• Structured and meticulous working style
• Strong communication skills and sociability
• Team player with high initiative, reliability, and flexibility
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level)
• Ideally experienced with ERP tools (e.g., SAP) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
