The Support Specialist will enhance BBQGuys and our customers’ experience by providing amazing service through post-sale interactions.

In Short

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly.
  • Aspire to create sales retention and minimize returns.

  • Work as part of a team in a ticket-based shared workload.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of customer support experience.
  • Call center experience with a multi-line phone system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connectivity.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with dissatisfied customers.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Flexibility with scheduling based on business needs.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
