In Short

  • Provide exceptional customer support during weekend shifts.
  • Handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for community hosts and members.
  • Guide users through platform features and best practices.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Create help articles for the knowledge base.
  • Manage support volume during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with the product team on user experience issues.
  • Participate in team training and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to improving support processes.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Fluency in conversational English with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Intercom support platform.
  • Comfort with AI support systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations.
  • Technical aptitude for learning new software.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Availability to work 2 PM - 7 PM PST.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
