Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Cold Call Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities in two critical sectors.

In Short

  • Engage with golf course superintendents, irrigation specialists, and course management teams to introduce pump station solutions.
  • Connect with municipalities, facility managers, and service companies to promote VFD services.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls, strictly adhering to provided scripts and playbooks.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, securing meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities within HubSpot CRM.
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to nurture leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine call scripts.
  • Drive new business opportunities in pump stations and VFD sectors.
  • Receive professional sales training and customized sales playbook.
  • Increase conversion rates through improved sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or cold calling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage outreach activities.
  • Knowledge of the golf course or HVAC industries is a plus.
