Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Pushpay, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, making outbound calls and connecting their business needs to our services.

In Short

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Qualify leads through calls, emails, and texts.
• Work in a team-focused sales environment.
• Make at least 70 cold calls per day.
• Schedule appointments for Account Executives.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand client challenges and articulate solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce and Outreach.io for managing leads.
• Invite prospects to webinars and events.
• Contribute to team goals and performance metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Able to connect business needs to solutions.
• Positivity and resilience in a team environment.
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
• Proficient in making phone calls.
