Overview

Fieldwire is seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our footprint in the construction industry by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities within the small and mid-sized business (SMB) segment.

In Short

  • Qualify and engage inbound leads from Freemium sign-up flow and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with professionals.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Learn and articulate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Coachable, curious, and motivated by results.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience with outbound sales tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce) a plus.
  • Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus.
