Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong interest in building a career in sales.
• Comfort with outbound activity, including cold calling.
• Grit and resilience in the face of rejection.
• Clear communication skills—written and verbal.
• A growth mindset: coachable and eager to improve.
• Experience using CRM tools is helpful but not required.
