Director of Growth and Retention Marketing - Remote

Overview

Pushpay is seeking a Director of Growth and Retention Marketing to drive customer acquisition and expansion. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you'll own our growth and retention marketing strategy, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of demand generation/growth marketing experience.
• Experience in SaaS companies.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Expertise in account-based marketing.
• BA/BS Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Proficiency in marketing automation systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Innovative and out-of-the-box thinker.
