Overview

You are a leader who thrives on both personal achievement and team success. As a Sales Development Team Leader at Booksy, the largest and fastest-growing booking platform for beauty services, you will play a dual role: not only will you drive your own pipeline and results as an SDR with a reduced personal target, but you will also manage and coach a pod of 2–3 SDRs to success. You’ll lead from the front, setting the standard for what "great" looks like and fostering a supportive, high-performance culture within your team.

You’ll be working with a company that is in the business of helping people thrive and feel fantastic. This means empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses while supporting their customers in arranging their "me time" moments. In this role, you'll balance hands-on prospecting with leadership responsibilities such as coaching, reporting, and performance management. In Short

  • Actively follow up on inbound inquiries to qualify and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls, email outreach, and social selling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Reactivate lapsed customers and closed-lost opportunities with tailored outreach strategies.
  • Manage and report on your pipeline, ensuring all leads are worked effectively in Salesforce.
  • Meet and exceed your reduced monthly target.
  • Lead a pod of 2–3 SDRs, supporting their day-to-day activity, development, and performance.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and call coaching sessions to improve skills, confidence, and conversion.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to hit and exceed KPIs, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Provide structured onboarding and training for new team members in your pod.
  • Align closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and messaging.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to coach others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in outbound sales techniques.
