We are now looking for you – a Sales Development Representative Lead to strategically expand the sales of these solutions in Germany and Europe!

In Short

  • Identify and research potential enterprise customers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools.
  • Build and maintain structured customer lists in close coordination with the Sales Operations team.
  • Contact relevant decision-makers such as data protection officers, compliance managers, or CISOs via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Implement multi-step outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain your contacts and activities diligently in the CRM system (Pipedrive) to ensure a clean data basis.
  • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments for product demos and initial conversations.

Requirements

  • Initial sales experience, ideally in the software or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and preferably CRM experience (e.g., Pipedrive).
  • Self-motivated with structured thinking and a desire to build the area.
  • Fluent in German at a native level and good knowledge of English.
