The innovative SaaS platform enables companies to efficiently automate data protection, risk management, and compliance processes. Through state-of-the-art technology and an intuitive user interface, the solution offers significant value for organizations that prioritize data security, legal compliance, and risk minimization.

We are now looking for you – a SaaS Sales Manager who will strategically expand the sales of these solutions in Germany and Europe!

In Short

  • Acquire new customers and market SaaS solutions to data protection, compliance, and risk management teams.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, and inbound sales to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain sales activities in a CRM system from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Present solutions and engage customers with tailored value propositions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and strategically expand your network.
  • Develop scalable sales strategies, analyze the market, and monitor competition.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in the field of IRM, data protection, or compliance.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn and modern sales strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Experience with Pipedrive or similar systems for sales pipeline management.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and closing software deals with medium and large enterprises.
  • Understanding of GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, COSO, or IT baseline protection is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Hands-on mentality; able to work independently, think strategically, and contribute actively.
