Overview

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) at CoLab, you will be accountable for ensuring long-term customer value, retention, and revenue growth across a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong background in mechanical engineering or manufacturing.
  • Proven success in driving customer transformation.
  • Ability to build partnerships with executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
  • Strong data literacy and analytical skills.
  • Experience in high-growth tech environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Suite.
