Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success or Strategic Consulting.
  • Proven success driving enterprise transformation.
  • Experience in high-ACV SaaS environments.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and data-driven.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
