Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management.
  • Experience with enterprise clients and complex technical relationships.
  • Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of cloud-native security architectures and tools.
  • Knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with application security tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
  • Ability to analyze customer usage data.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
