As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing HR data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic workforce decisions. Your work will contribute to optimizing HR processes and improving organizational efficiency.

You Will:

• Analyze HR data and create reports on employment, turnover, salaries, recruitment efficiency, etc.
• Prepare forecasts and recommendations based on workforce data.
• Collaborate with the HR team and managers to optimize HR processes.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to support decision-making.
• Monitor labor market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Assist in reporting to external institutions and internal HR audits.
