HRIS Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Act as the HRIS system expert, focusing on Time Tracking & Absence, Talent, and Payroll modules.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
• Gather business requirements and document user stories.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain and enhance the HRIS system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related IT field.
• Strong expertise in Workday Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, and Payroll.
• Understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
