HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

The HRIS Analyst will provide Tier 2 subject matter expertise to HRIS clients, focusing on payroll guidance and support for healthcare employees. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage service requests effectively.

• Provide daily HRIS support and payroll guidance.

• Work in a hybrid environment: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

• Experience in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of building strong working relationships.
• Knowledge of Service Management processes.
• Experience with Footprints Ticketing Application.
• Technical skills in MS Office Suite.
• Must have a Payroll Certification.
• Public Sector experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation.
