• Lead cross-functional initiatives to define and implement measurement and analysis for VPP performance.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to uncover business, product, and user insights.
• Synthesize large-scale datasets for compliance and product impact.
• Build data models in DBT for VPP reporting.
• Define and monitor KPIs for VPP features.
• Design data visualizations and dashboards for various audiences.
• Define data instrumentation for new product features.
• Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models.
• Advocate for analytic best practices and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in DBT and statistical modeling.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
