Regional Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Regional Coordinator will oversee clinical activities of the screening programme, ensuring robust processes and management of service staff while maintaining quality standards.

• Responsible for day-to-day clinical activities of the screening programme.
• Manage staff training, accreditation, and competency oversight.
• Ensure compliance with national standards for screening services.
• Handle capacity planning and workforce management.
• Conduct health and safety assessments and risk assessments.
• Monitor performance and quality of service delivery.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, and professional development of staff.
• Manage site-specific financials including forecasting and invoicing.
• Maintain documentation and ensure confidentiality.
• Travel within Ireland and UK as required.

Requirements

• Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Management experience with large remote teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• IT literacy and experience with screening database software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full driving license and preferably own transport.
• Proficiency in Irish language is desirable.
• Must pass background checks and security clearance.
