Overview

GWC is seeking an experienced Director of Individual and Institutional Giving to expand their individual giving program and manage relationships with key stakeholders.

In Short

• Lead the development of an email marketing digital giving program.
• Manage an individual giving program for mid-level donors.
• Create strategies for prospecting and cultivating new donor relationships.
• Engage with foundation program officers to build relationships.
• Support Board management and communications.
• Implement a fundraising plan to raise approximately $3M.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify growth areas in individual giving.
• Propose creative communication plans and digital campaigns.
• Manage part-time foundation support consultants.
• Ensure Salesforce supports Individual Giving needs.

Requirements

• 8 years of successful fundraising experience.
• Proven success in donor moves management.
• Creative thinker with strategic planning skills.
