Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and advancing the mission of high-impact nonprofit organizations? The Center for Michigan, the publisher of Bridge Michigan and BridgeDetroit, is seeking a strategic leader to serve as their Membership & Individual Giving Director.

In Short

• Drive individual fundraising efforts and grow donor engagement.
• Lead donor strategies to generate over $1.5 million annually.
• Develop and execute membership fundraising strategies.
• Plan and execute annual membership campaigns.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for donor management.
• Analyze and report on fundraising progress.
• Engage and grow relationships with mid- and major donors.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow individual giving.
• Plan and execute membership events.
• Support community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in fundraising or membership management.
• Leadership experience and team management skills.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• A passion for journalism and nonprofit missions.
