Pre-Press Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Pre-Press Specialist at Ingram Content Group will provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring the compliance and successful submission of publisher data and content.

In Short

• Provide basic technical assistance to customers.
• Perform simple testing, editing, and validating of data files.
• Communicate issues or concerns with data to content submitters.
• Interact with Client Services, Sales, and Operations.
• Assist customers with file format setup and submission.
• Use Adobe software to prepare digital interiors and covers.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Option to work 4 days in-office and 1 day from home after training.
• Requires 1 year of experience with graphic design software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to perform simple file fixes and reviews.
• Familiarity with content submission processes.
