Overview

The Human Resource Generalist will play a pivotal role in establishing the HR function for a new higher education institution in Goodyear, Arizona, coordinating with outsourced providers and teams to implement HR strategies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of state labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HR technology and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
