The Human Resource Generalist will support Hallandale Pharmacy and PuzzleHR, focusing on HR functions including compensation, benefits, and policy enforcement, while fostering partnerships with healthcare professionals.

In Short

Full-time position based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Hybrid work schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.
Support HR functions for Hallandale Pharmacy and PuzzleHR.
Lead daily and strategic HR operations.
Facilitate performance evaluations and training compliance.
Implement HR practices and solutions for clients.
Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HR experience.
Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year.

Knowledge of employment-related laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
3+ years of HR management experience.
1-2 years as a Human Resources Generalist preferred.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification required.
