Overview

The Human Resource Solutions Specialist supports and executes core HR and HRIS functions for clients, serving as a key partner in delivering both tactical HR support and system-based solutions.

In Short

  • Facilitate HR processes, including handbook creation and compliance tasks.
  • Conduct client interviews and develop employee handbooks.
  • Complete Forms I-9 and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support recruitment coordination and manage candidate communications.
  • Configure and troubleshoot HRIS platforms.
  • Engage with clients to support HR initiatives and system solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
  • Perform audits and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful outcomes.
  • Support ongoing optimization of workflows and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least two years of related experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • SHRM-CP credential preferred.
