Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment and brings a proactive, people-first approach, supporting multiple brands across the PBS Brands.

In Short

• Support multiple brands across the PBS Brands.
• Demonstrate professionalism and leadership.
• Act as an advisor and mentor for operations teams.
• Partner with Operations Leadership for employee development.
• Support onboarding and training for staff members.
• Process and track unemployment claims and employment-related claims.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state laws.
• Support payroll processes in partnership with Operations and Finance.
• Provide a positive, healthy team environment.
• Ensure effective communication and relationship-building within the organization.

Requirements

• Restaurant or hospitality experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of HR experience.
• PHR Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and compliance focus.
