Human Resource Generalist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll partner with senior HR leaders to manage day-to-day HR operations for our U.S.- based team members, including large groups of non-exempt employees across multiple states.

In Short

• Be a trusted resource for team members, serving as a subject matter expert on Sago’s U.S. handbook and multi-state compliance requirements.
• Resolve workplace issues while fostering Sago’s culture.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend learning opportunities.
• Maintain accurate North America team member records for payroll processing.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for North America positions.
• Own the annual performance review process for U.S. non-exempt employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries.
• Support managers and team members during feedback discussions.
• Make a difference every day supporting a diverse workforce.

Requirements

• Experience in HR operations and employee relations.
• Strong administrative and data management skills.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws.
