German & Spanish-speaking Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This position involves managing client relationships and research projects while ensuring operational execution and excellent client experience.

In Short

• Manage and execute 7 to 12 research projects independently.
• Build and maintain successful client relationships.
• Support feasibility questions and make project recommendations.
• Understand cost drivers and advise on pricing.
• Work within Sago systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales, recruitment, and project management teams.
• Setup and test project surveys/screeners.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR standards.
• Master the use of internal SAGO platform and tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in market research or project management.
• Fluency in German, English, and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
