Overview

The Benefits Coordinator is primarily responsible for the day-to-day functions of leave of absence administration and supports all company benefits for our corporate office and locations nationwide.

In Short

  • Responsible for leave of absence administration.
  • Expert on leave-related policies and procedures.
  • Administer leave programs in accordance with laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of leave cases.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and HR partners.
  • Provide guidance to employees on leave procedures.
  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.
  • Monitor benefits team communication.
  • Support disability insurance and claims management.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or benefits roles.
  • Knowledge of leave administration processes.
  • Experience with payroll systems is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Experience with HRIS and reporting expertise.
  • Experience with Paycom application is a plus.
  • Experience supporting HR leadership is a plus.
