Overview

The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for administering various employee benefit programs and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while serving as a primary contact for team members regarding benefits inquiries.

In Short

  • Administer 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, and other benefit programs.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations.

  • Coordinate the monthly vendor invoice process.

  • Assist new team members with benefits enrollment.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws related to employee benefits.
  • Experience in benefits administration and compliance.
