The People Collective is looking for someone who is passionate about supporting a Reward function that is engaging, scalable, and most importantly, equitable. The Reward Squad covers a lot of ground - from share options to compensation to reward governance and everything in between.

In Short

• Support the Benefits Lead to establish and launch benefits programmes in the EU.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with Monzo’s global strategy.
• Liaise with external benefits broker for smooth setup.
• Implement benefits in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Experience in managing EU benefits is essential.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits trends in the EU.
