Overview

The Service Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the properties meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Tracks inventory and materials used.
• Documents service requests accurately.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience in property maintenance preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to assist other properties as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
