In Short

• Perform service activation and installs of the Ting fiber network.
• Engage with customers to ensure optimal activation/connectivity.
• Complete installations with knowledge of various installation tactics.
• Perform fiber drops on site with supervision.
• Assist teams with mainline and drop-blowing processes.
• Basic troubleshooting of connectivity issues.
• Build splice dome and express dome installations.
• Conduct light level testing and identify connectivity issues.
• Repair network issues at NID/home/handhold.
• Understand utility locates.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Active valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and on ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely.
• Proficient with platforms like ServiceMax and Bob.
• Compliance with safety practices and training.
