Overview

The Global Benefits Coordinator will be working within the Global Benefits Team, reporting to the Manager, Global Benefits. This role involves overseeing and managing various employee benefits across the globe, ensuring effective communication and support for employees.

In Short

  • Oversee and manage various employee benefits across the globe.
  • First-line support for employee queries coming through our ticketing system.
  • Process employee enrollments, changes, and terminations related to benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and benefit data.
  • Prepare and develop employee-facing materials including guides and intranet.
  • Be an advocate for communication and explore new ways to engage with employees.
  • Provide monthly reports to local brokers.
  • Support management of employee engagement events.
  • Support well-being initiatives for employee groups.
  • Conduct policy research and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR Experience.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience.
  • Proactive ability to engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot benefit-related issues.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
