• Build and maintain financial forecasts for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and debt.

• Support M&A strategy through planning and reporting of synergies.

• Analyze actual performance of new veterinary hospitals against projections.
• Develop key financial metrics and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity for accurate reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or Economics.
• 5-7+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and Excel skills.
• Experience with financial systems (Oracle) and Power BI is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on quality.
