Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Manager to join our finance team at Veritas Veterinary Partners, a leading provider of emergency and multi-specialty healthcare services. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes across our network of hospitals.

In Short

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Lead in developing annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new equipment and staffing changes.
• Collaborate with department heads on financial impacts.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Maintain and update financial models.
• Lead due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Prepare presentations for Board of Directors.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Six or more years of experience in Finance or related fields.
• Prior management experience.
• Experience with annual planning/budget cycles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
