• Own Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and champion the strategy and roadmap for key consumer lending products.
• Drive Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process.
• Leverage Insights: Conduct market research and customer analysis.
• Ensure Performance & Compliance: Define KPIs and monitor product performance.
• Collaborate Cross-functionally: Serve as the central point of contact for various teams.
• Foster Innovation: Identify new features and design experiments.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of product management experience.
• Proven success in launching and growing digital lending products.
• Deep understanding of the consumer lending lifecycle.
• Experience working with engineering and data teams in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience with cash flow underwriting and regulatory compliance.
