Technology & Analytics Lead - Remote

Overview

The Technology & Analytics Lead supports the Technical Program Management function and collaborates with all Laboratory groups to ensure smooth execution of programs and commercial initiatives, focusing on tracking targets, analyzing performance, and facilitating communication across departments to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

• Support Technical Program Management in tracking targets and preparing performance reports.
• Coordinate with Operations and Supervisors to monitor programs through the lab lifecycle.
• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders regarding project updates.
• Assist in budget monitoring and risk tracking for Laboratory programs.
• Develop dashboards and sales analytics reporting to track performance.
• Analyze data to support business expansion efforts with Laboratory Leadership.
• Support forecasting and territory/account planning with Sales Leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements in the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with leadership to align project outcomes with client expectations.
• Share performance updates and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience in driving data-informed decisions cross-functionally.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft business applications.
• Experience managing complex programs.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and high performance orientation.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
